seashell sigh….

DSC06263editededited
Barefoot heart on sand,  listening to treasures
say themselves over  tired places,
to the rhythm of mercy rolling back the tide
with gifts given up from the sea

DSC06264editededited

glistening with a thousand  years of morning
and the shining affection of a  limitless heart,
these tokens of tenderness
left by the deep.

*glad sigh*

Dear Jennifer, I have so much to be joyful about but somehow I take joy for granted sometime. What a special gift this is when we think of it. Just like love, joy fills a heart to overflow. Joy is to be shared to fully blossom. It’s not something I can keep secret for very long.

I love that beautiful sandy beach with it’s joyful timeless treasures. So inviting and warm in the glistening sun. So inviting to pick up those beauties.

    Hugs, ‘JB

These may be some of your most beautiful photos ever, but then I’m a sucker for the sea. And the message — don’t surrender your joy — couldn’t be more powerful! I’ve been missing my big ocean this year and last. Maybe next year!

    • Jennifer Richardson on September 21, 2014 at 7:44 am

Thanks dear Jeanie….I love the way the sea speaks, too:)
Oceans of joy to you, just the same,
